Ground broken on Candler Crossing, the $28.9 million mixed-use development at Candler and Glenwood roads in south DeKalb — a 50,325 sq ft Publix, an 11,200 sq ft retail building, and 2,000 sq ft held for local businesses at reduced rent for five years, plus a plaza, greenspace, walking trail and a rebuilt MARTA stop.
