source code, structure, design, layout, visual style, animations, user
interface, written copy, photography, film, video, music, audio, data
files, and the overall look and feel — is the original work and the
intellectual property of Matthew McCluster and McCluster Corp
(collectively, the "Owner").

2. PUBLIC VIEWING, NOT PUBLIC LICENSE
The source is published for transparency, portfolio, research, and
demonstration purposes only. Publishing it in a public repository does
NOT place it in the public domain and does NOT grant any license to use
it. You may view and read it. That is all.

Authorship and ownership are further evidenced by the registered
identifiers and public records held under McCluster Corp and Matthew
McCluster, including the State of Connecticut Public Charity Registration
CHR.0069693, and the business, creative, and rights identifiers on file
(EIN, ISRC registrant prefix, DDEX DPID, SoundExchange rights-owner and
performer accounts, ISNI, ORCID, SAM.gov UEID, and CAGE). See ip.html.

6. NO WAIVER
Making the work publicly visible is not a waiver of any right. The Owner
reserves all rights not expressly granted. Any unauthorized use is
infringement and misappropriation of intellectual property.
